I am having a major sewage back up in my downstairs shower and have had to have plumbers out several times over the weekend. The city public works department brought out a snake with a camera to find the cause of the sewage back up to be that the fiberoptic Verizon line was drilled through my sewer line. I cannot leave my home due to fear of the sewage destroying more of the wood floors but all Verizon told me is that they will be in contact with me within 24-48 business hours. Anyone else ever experience this?
