Hi, I'm having a problem with FIOS availability in my area, I have gone through the typical channels but can't get anywhere.
The street that my business is on has FIOS on the opposite side from us. It is installed on the telephone poles, not underground. The fiber line crosses the street on my property.
There is an FDT (Fiber Distribution Terminal) on the same pole as my phone lines literally 100 feet from the door on my side of the street. So the fiber is actually on the pole on my property. The phone lines enter my bulding from this pole.

Getting FIOS connected for my business would literally entail having a line run (no digging, etc.) from the pole into the connection cabinet, just like a phone line. I am more than willing to pay any connection fees, etc. I would just like to have the service.
