I have had my fourth bad DVR in less than one year. First, I am sick of refurbished garbage. Second, upon calling, the rep refused to get me a supervisor and simply shipped a replacement without my consent. I try online chat. I am told that I would have to pay for a service call but they can come on Sunday (so only 2 days down instead of 4). No one shows. Supervisor is supposed to call me back, never does. This is unacceptable! I guess Verizon is so big they no longer care about their customers!
