About 2 months ago, I switched to a triple play bundle package because I saw that it was cheaper than the double play package I have. I am unable to lock into a 1-2 year agreement because I may be moving. I was told that I could still save money with the bundle package without an agreement, even though it was slightly higher. Now, 2 months later, you have raised the price of my TV service, which now cancels any meager savings I got for switching to a bundle. I thought the purpose of getting a bundle was that it locks in the price for the next year. How can you just raise prices like that for no reason? I have been a loyal Verizon customer for years, and I wonder why now, as Verizon seems to not value me as a customer at all. What was the point of switching to a bundle if you can raise prices whenever you want?
