Tampa Servers??

I began noticing a lot of latency in my streaming videos.  I did a speed check and my Tampa servers are not listed.  I have a choice of Los Angeles, Denver, and Oakland....all pinging in the 80msec range. I have not had any problems before, but was always connected through the Tampa servers......now I am experiencing slow delivery and stoppage in the streams.  Any ideas??
