My correspondence with the BBB about Neflix service

On 24 Apr 2014 I filed a complaint with the BBB abotu Verizon's poor Netflix service.  The BBB responded that they would forward my complaint to Verizon and that Verizon shoudl respond to me before 24 May 2014.

 

Today (13 May 2014) I got a call from a verizon representative.
