Bills for a disconnected service

I disconnected my service with Verizon on 05/30/14. I recieved an email from Verizon comfirming that. However, I keep recieving bills for the month of june and july, my contract is expired. I called several times and I was told to wait and that it would correct itself, but it hasnt been corrected. Now I am being charged and I am beginning to get late fees on a service that I have disconnected already. I would like to know who to call or email to help solve this problem.Thanks
