Having so much difficulty knowing 'where' to send my bill. So far I've seen three addresses in three different states. I have not even received my bill and of course contacting customer service is by telephone is another fiasco. The only time I have ever spoken to a 'human' was when I phoned to subscribe to FIOS services. When I view my bill online it doesn't make sense either. I do wish I had access to this forum prior to subscribing - very little, if any, positive customer feedback. I still have questions about my TV as some features were not explained (or I was given incorrect info). I've had to ask my neighbor for help several times.
