Hello I was quoted a price of 49.99 this april for the basic internet service. Now they have me paying upwards to 84.99 I have called twice with all my information and I even have my confirmation email about my delivery and everything I was quoted. Has anyone else dealt with this and if so was there any thing for compensation. I am usually a good person about keeping all my paperwork but even when I show them what i have they are treating me like I am wrong?
Has anoyone else been given a price hike recently from a plan? If so has Verizon dealt with some kind of compensation? 49.99 is alot different that 84.99
