My daughter just got time warner cable and her internet speeds are much faster than mine with fios. I am supposed to have the quantum, yet my upload speed is 3.89 mps. download speed is 11.67 mps and ping is 26 ms. The desktop is wired and turned off and I am on a laptop. nothing else is uploading or downloading in the house. Why is this so slow?
