I am not sure if posts are read here but Verizon involves with stupid vendors. I installed verizon FIOS internet service and was promised a $200 coupon within an month of installation, but nothing to that end has been fulfilled. When I called Verizon customer care, they redirected to some 3rd party vendor Parago and Parago told contact verizon. When I called verizon again, they said its the responsibility of Parago. I simply fail to understand 1) The Service was installed by verizon and the coupon was promised by them, so they have the responsibility to fulfill the coupon 2) Why am i redirected to their vendors ? 3) Why they keep such rude vendors ?
