I keep receiving snail mail from your company offering me the wonderful opportuinity to join the "My Rweards" program. Unfortunately, every single time I press the "Join Now" button I receive the above referenced message.
This is very frustrating. First, because you are making what I perceive to be a desirable offer, and second your website will not allow me, despite being fully signed in as a paying customer, to register for this program. It would seem fitting that even if you wished to deny me service, that you would at least allow me to attempt to register.
What do you think? Well, yes, I have called customer service / support. That was about a month ago when I was renewing my contract. Unfortunately, their advice--follow the link in their email--did not work.
