Assuming Verizon employees ever read this forum....
my bill went up not too long ago, earlier this year iirc, and it just went up another $7. It's now cheaper for me to switch to Comcast and fortunately their service is available in my area. Although I love the Verizon service, I feel like I'm being gouged.
2 questions:
- how do I find out how much more you plan to increase my bill if I stay?
- I have FIOS equipment in my house. When cancelling the service will someone come to the house to remove it or do I need to bring it somewhere to avoid addtional equipment fees?
