Incorrect Billing

My Online account says that my verizon triple play is for $59.99 and 7 months are remaining in my 2 year contract. However, i noticed all these months i was getting billed $64.99 for triple play. This is extra 5 dollars a month from last 17 months already.

 

Called up Verizon and all reps are ill trained that they have no customer service skills, Asked for a manager and they said she is in the meeting and busy. Really. Is the meeting to implement worse customer service.

 

I am still waiting this issue to be resolved.

 

Also received an email from verizon to sign up for auto pay in June and get $5 statement credit. This never happened . Agent said there are no notes on the account. These reps makes no sense whatsoever. How can my notes have refrence to email. I still have that email with me.

 

Hope someone will help.
