Today I dealt with the rudest customer service agent I have dealt with at Verizon. His name is Yoany. He belittled me and when all was said and done he was completely wrong. All over a $5.99 router charge. I purchased my own router and returned their router. He goes on to tell me that im lying and I did not purchase my own router yet his supervisor goes into the system to see that the router was turned. This little issue with the gentleman makes me want to give up my service. This is the stuff you get from Comcast and not Verizon.
