I used to get about 3.5 MB download speeds and about 7 MB upload speeds. Then about a month ago that all changed. Now it is about 1 MB both downloading and uploading.This all happened right around the time I started getting emails offering me faster speeds for more money. Seems fishy to me. What's going on?
