I have a final bill credit due me of $173.24. I moved out of Verizon fios territory and could no longer get access. The credit has been due me since October of 2014. Every month I call and am promised a check and every month a check is not sent to me. I most recently called and had a gentlemen named Kevin Hash place me on hold and then hang up on me after 10 minutes. Great company to deal with while I was having service.
