Last week, yes July $th weekend, my FIOS internet was completely down. It started at 1:30pm and nothing that the phone support did or asked me to do was able to bring it back online. We set up an appoint for Monday July 6 with a 1pm to 5pm window. Come Monday morning, the connection somehow magically corrected itself and the link was back on. Now, exactly 1 week later, its happening again. 1:30pm on the nose, the link went out. Its almost like verizon is scheduling some upgrades without letting their customers know. I have scheduled another tech appoint for Monday during the same time period. Let's see if it fixes itself before the tech comes out again.
