I've been contacted by CMR Claims Dept. for dropping a FIOS line to replace the one that was cut. I've called the Verizon office and ask if there would be a fee associated with the replacement line.
The agent told me that it would be free of charge. Now, not only have this department been sending me mails and asking me to pay. They've be harassing me with phone calls. Their attitude on the phone is not professional and their method by which trying to get me pay over the phone is most definitely questionable if not borderline to a scam. They've just send another mail two days ago.
Like many have mentioned here, the line itself was not installed correctly and the amount of money they charge seem to be arbitrary. Please help. Thank you
