I signed up for 50/50 internet only service with a 2yr contract that included 1 year of Netflix.
Service installed 12/29/14 and technician said a code would be sent to me after the installation. I have not recieved anything yet.
I called in April, May and July, 'its in the mail' all three replied. Ok whatever, something is better than nothing, now its 12 months later, chat rep said promotion ran out and that it is my fault for not getting it and Verizon can't do anything to help!
