I didnt know which category to put this in.
I went through the contract renewal process on line today with someone on online chat.
Everything seemed to go fine, but he told me that I would receive an email with my order number and info about my renewal. That was 6 hours ago and no email. How do I know everything went through. It would be considerably more expensive to pay for my bundle without a contract. I have my order number because it was on the renewal process, but there is no link for me to contact if this does not go through.
