Dear Verizon, i have contacted for the Fios 25Mbps plan. as speeds have never come close to even half that, do you think i should be paying half the monthly bill? i have spent countless hours with your "customer service" dept. getting instructions on how to do your work for you. Perhaps next time a payment is due, you should be calling my customer service dept. who will sent you in my voice-response system which will then direct you on how to manufacture your own money. if i wanted DIY internet, i would have bought it at IKEA. You should honor your own contract and provide the service you promote in your advertising.
