I posted this once before and for some reason it did not appear here so I will try again. I tried to upgrade my service to the 50/25 internet as advertised. I could not accomplish this via the internet or the STB channel 500. I went on live chat and thought this was handled. It was not! They completely screwed up my account. They took off all my original contract discounts, put my on a month to month, and my bill went from 111.00 to 170.00 dollars! So far I cannot get this fixed, I am on the phone right now with supervisor that seems he cannot help either and is going to switch me over to someone. He has said repeatedly that if I get cut off..... So I am assuming that I am going to get cut off. Beware! Changing your contract in anyway because it can cost you. What is advertised as a simple upgrade has turned into a debacle of huge proportions. I will get back to you when I get done with this call
