I have already returned HD SET TOP box {edited for privacy} and Wireless Router {edited for privacy} on 06/14 after cancelling services.
Already has a receipt and an email copy from Verizon for the same.
There is one router in my home {edited for privacy} which clearly says 'Do not remove from premises'.
Please let me know why am I slapped with $99 Unreturned equipment fee for that router?
Please apply credit to my 08/04 bill as soon as possible.
