Hi, this has been happening for 4 days now. We got a tech out here who installed a new ONT and battery backup unit. Our internet worked for 5 minutes then went orange on the router. Since then, we have had no luck. I have called Verizon about 20 times and had many conversations. They have rebooted and refreshed time after time. Here are the lights as they appear on the ONT:

Earlier, it was just power green, MoCA orange, Ethernet green, everything else off. This has become a very aggravating issue considering we pay ~400/mo for service. Can anyone please tell me what the problem is? Don't tell me to reboot or other things, I just want to know if it is a fibre cable issue or what.
