I am very disappointed that Verizon has been charging us $117/month for a Fios/Telephone bundle package that they don't offer anymore since it is so slow (10Mbs up/2Mbs down); that is the price for 50Mbs up/50Mbs down bundle. We were never contacted to upgrade my service, instead Verizon has been charging us for a bundle package that is uncompetitive and we feel unethical. We think that we were taken advantage of and charged unfair prices.
We hope Verizon customer service will make this right.
