Who to Contact about Poor Service

I contacted the online customer service on Monday morning (Septemmber 29)because my router stopped working.  A few hours later I received an e-mail that a replacement was being shipped through UPS and the message included a tracking number.  The router didn't arrive on Tuesay so I contacted the online customer service for an update.  I was assured that someone would follow up and contact me.  On Wednesday (October 1) the tracking number still shows that it isn't valid, so I contacted the online customer service again.  I was told that the order got lost in the system and never entered.  So the new promised delivery date is on October 2.

       How can a company as large as VErizon have som many problems with putting a mailing label on a box and handing it to the Fed Ex driver?  I assume nobody will be held accountable and nothing will be corrected.
