I received my "Congratulations, as a My Rewards+ member you have received a free speed upgrade to thank you for your loyalty. Your upload speed has been boosted to match your download speed!" but the router I have doesn't support the updated speed. So as a "loyal customer", I now have to purchase a new router. I spoke with someone on your chat and was offered to upgrade to 75/75 Internet. Then he says "Oh, that would require your box to be changed out"! So now THAT isn't even an option. I'd have to go to 150/150 which is MUCH more than what I pay now! If this is how you treat your loyal customers, maybe it's time I started looking at other options for TV and cable. Gee Thanks Verizon!
