Over Charged for Set top Boxes for Two Years!

My name is {edited for privacy} and we've been loyal Verizon customers for over a decade! More than two years ago we were being charged for six boxes when we only had four active units. One of our boxes was taken by an agent that came to fix the MANY issues that we'd had since we moved to our new home and he never entered it into the system. There's a HUGE disconnect between corporate and the field techs and that shouldn't be the consumer's burden. Conservatively, the company owes us at least $960 in surcharges due to the miscommunication and we've been very patient despite this! Yesterday our main box went out supplying our tv, Internet and other services and we are unable to get a tech here until Sunday.! Our alarm system runs through this box and it's the holiday season when burglaries increase! I don't want to be that consumer that threatens and demands but you all have given me no choice! A customer service agent named Lashandra, I believe has spoken to me twice, been rude and then she claimed that she couldn't hear me and would call me right back and she has never done so! This has happened today and then a month ago when I called about the billing! She's seriously ignored me twice on two separate occasions. I'm at my wits end! I've contacted our local media and am sending all of my friends information that I've documented to our attorney! The least someone can do is to call me back to discuss this and send someone out immediately to get our system up and running! It's sad when a situation has to escalate to this but I really don't know what else to do!
