I have never been so incredibly frustrated in my life. Like many others on the forum have reported, I too have a credit balance that has not been issued. I called Customer Service and was told I did not need to do anything - the credit would be issued next billing cycle. Surprise surprise - didn't happen. I was then told that the delay was due to the holidays. Still no indication of my credit being issued. I feel bad for the Customer Service reps, as I think they are as powerless as the individual consumer. It is also ridiculous that the only way to contact verizon is to call and speak to someone (i.e. no possible way to get a paper trail evidencing my efforts in contacting them). I will wait 5 additional business days as an act of good faith before reporting to the BBB. I have found that filing with the BBB is the best way in situations like this to obtain an effective solution. You know what they say, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. So sad that it has to come to this.
