I disconnected my service back on 3/20 since I was moving to a new location where FIOS was not available. I recieved a bill for services from 3/19 to 4/18 and paid it, knowing the account was not technically closed and I would recieve some of that back when the time came. Well, just recently I recieved a bill again for services dated from 4/19 to 5/18 which I obviously did not have services for. I tried contacting via the chat and they said they needed to put in a ticket{edited for privacy}) to problemshoot the request to close the account. They said its been noted that its gone through, but the bill that was dated for 4/19 to 5/18 is due in a few days, originally they told me that there was a hold on the payment as it was being disputed. I am just trying to check to make sure I don't need to pay this upcoming bill that I was issued since I did not have services. I do not want it to affect my credit. Please help. Thanks.
