Had Fios installed today. I was excited about the triple play package and Internet, but when I got home and checked it all out the package did not include my 12 months of free premium channels. An offer that was available on Monday and remains available now.
I called to inquire and rep said there was nothing they could do as the install was already completed. No idea why my install did not include the free12 months of premium...My wife was home for the install, had no idea what package was expected. I asked if this could be corrected since the offer remained available and they said again, nothing they could do so after Verizon tech spent 5 hours installing, I cancelled and Verizon did not care at all. I guess they don't need my $200/ month for 24 months...
I will see how the cox cable install goes...
