Has anyone here experienced a pop-up error message when trying to access any and all websites that states " ...com is Not Responding" , windows is checking for a solution to the problem.?
This just started about a month ago. I don't know if it my connection with Verizon or if it is my computer. I had a friend completely clean up and check the pc for any malware or viruses. Nothing!
