so i am having trouble playing world of warcraft ( a pc based video game). As i look on world of warcraft forums, imagine my suprise when just about EVERY other customer who plays same game has EXACT same issue. There are literally HUNDREDS of posts from fios customers saying that you are lagging that game out to be unplayable. Now, its been a few days and i have not said anything, because i thought you would be on the problem....apparently not. So the choice in my view is pretty simple ...i can either A) find another video game as good as WoW (there are none)....or B) find another isp (which there are plenty) If theres a fix on the way, or something like that, i would really like to know, i called your "service techs"...they are clueless
