I have a single login (verizon.net) account that is linked to two separate customer accounts:
1: home phone line
2: fios internet
the problem is that, recently, the home page on verizon.com after login, is no longer allowing me the option of switching between the two accounts so that I can pay the bill of the second account. I got an email billing me for the second account however I am unable to pay it. The website used to have a pull down allowing switching between accounts. I am only able to take action on the first account.
The odd thing is that that verizon app on my cell phone is able to see the outstanding bill as a summary but when I go into the details for the bill it shows only the information on the first account.
I am worried that the second account will be overdue in a couple of weeks and then be charged a late fee and/or lose my fios because I wasn't given the ability to pay the bill. Why did Verizon change their web page so that the switching is not possible. Any help is appreciated (ie a way to pay it, a way to merge the two accounts, customer support, etc.).
