I pay for 75/25 internet I only get 30 Max

I pay for 75/25 internet when I use Verizon's test I get those speeds on my wired network but when I use any other test site I only get 30 Max. I contacted support and they said if I did not like the sevice go get a new service. Why can't I get 75/25 does anyone else have this problem? I will look for a new service.
