Slow upload speeds - DFW area?

Wanted to see if others were having issues with slow upload speeds. For last 2-4 weeks, I've been having really slow upload speeds and wanted to see if others were having issues. I've powercycled my router, plugged directly into the router, and neither worked.

I've used mulitple speed test sites(testmy.net, speedtest.net, and Verizon's my.verizon.com/services/speedtest).  All of them come back with uploads of 0.2 - 1Mb.  I've ran the Network Diganostic test and it shows slow uploads there too. I'm on the 30/30 plan. Nearest server to my location appears

Any ideas or should I just create ticket for Verizon?
